Day 4 as a Non-Smoker |
Day 4 was the calm before the storm. My nic fits weren't as bad and my overall desire to smoke decreased as well. I was really glad that I hadn't decided to test the "one puff" theory and I really felt like I was on my way toward being smoke free. I continued with the usual routine of riding my bike and eating nuts & drinking water and that continued to be helpful. I was puzzled by the fact that my nicotine fits persisted because other sites (written by supposed experts ha ha) said that they would be gone after 72 hours. That wasn't true. They weren't as strong, but they were far from gone. No matter, I decided to press on. Day 5 was completely different, however. :( |
