Day 7 as a Non-Smoker

From Day 7 and beyond, my physical urge to smoke was essentially gone and I was officially an ex-smoker. My cough was already getting better and my senses of taste and smell seemed to come alive. I was (and still am) hypersensitive to the smell of smoke and I'm just disgusted to know how smelly everything about me really was. Yuch. I'm not really worried about a relapse because the smell of cigarettes is so bad now that I just can't fathom doing it anymore.
